The BEM Center, a stone's throw from the banks of the Danube, in the heart of Bel-Buda, is a complex of hotels based on the synergy of a hotel-office building, with the undisguised goal of adding a new colour to the domestic real estate palette. Thanks to the concept of the multifunctional building in Bem Square, the purpose of the hotel and the office building are mutually reinforcing: due to the design, the physically and functionally integrated services can be used by both hotel guests and tenants of the office building. The uniqueness of the building is given by the fact that, while retaining the façade of the former Radetzky barracks, the XXI. an office building that best meets the challenges of the 20th century. It is an essential aspect that the old building still determines the atmosphere of Bem Square, so we keep and restore the old, classicist facade, which is critical to the cityscape.
