The office complex is located in the eastern block of the Corvin district, opposite Nokia Skypark.

With a leasable area of ​​13,000 sqm, the second phase will also feature state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly technology solutions. The street façade of the BREEAM-certified Corvin Technology Park has been designed with a unique braid structure. The block-like masses are divided in the inner courtyard, above the entrance lobby, by a 1,000- sqm glass wall. The building complex thus creates an elegant and spectacular space, creating a connection between Szigony Street and Corvin Promenade.
