Graphisoft Park

Graphisoft Park is a modern campus of international standards accommodating prime office, research space for information technology and biotechnology companies as well as the International Business School on a 16ha green campus along the Danube river.

Opened in 19998 to host Graphisoft R&D and Microsoft Hungary, the park expended to a current 82,000 sqm with further expansion potential.

The Park offers a very unique proposition to tenants with its tranquil environment due to the abundance of green areas, mature trees and a building foot print limited to 20%. From its creation the park has targeted engineering, high value add research and education activities.
