Liget Center Vitrum

The Liget Center Vitrum is a so-called boutique office building, offering an additional 2,200 square meters of modern office space on six floors for companies looking for downtown office space in a green environment. This exclusive jewel box is hidden away from the traffic and pedestrians on Dózsa György út, mysteriously concealed behind a listed building. Together, the three buildings will frame a private courtyard. The building is expected to be completed in the second half of 2024. The project is being built with BREEAM sustainability certification in mind.
