Tilia Office

The Tilia Office complex at 25 Gutenberg Street is a redevelopment of a former 19^th century school. The fully restructured old structure is complemented by a new wing with frontage on Hajnóczy Street. A new passageway will now connect Hajnóczy and Gutenberg streets. The complex is composed of 5,300 sqm of leasable office space and 900 sqm of retail space complemented by a 90-unit underground car park. The building is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2025.
