Centerpoint 3 (Phase 2)

Centerpoint, Budapest is a 75,000 sq m state-of-the-art office

development, in the heart of District 13. The project will provide a combination of retail and leisure on the ground floor with flexible and efficient offices above. Delivery is in two phases. Phase One is the re-imagination of an iconic office landmark and completes Q2 2022. Phase Two is a brand new adjoining development, completing 2024. On completion, these two phases will internally combine providing a seamless business community where connections can be formed. Designed by architects Atelier Thomas Pucher and Hungarian architects Banati + Hartvig, this striking island site conceals a nurturing core - 4,000 sq m of verdant pocket parks, balconies and terraces.
